continuous work

since 2001 framerec continues a work in progress
which is not only a personal archive but as well one of our time
- a collection of motion picture postcards from the present.

the camera set to auto-mode records every minute half a second
and monitors the situation in a sequence of images.
the footage is edited into video loops.
many of the sites are cities in process of urban transformation.
the clips show the changes of weather, of light, of time going by.
